High-brightness Samsung-chip modules for channel letters, lightboxes & signage
Premium brightness for signage that demands it. The 7515 LED module runs on genuine Samsung 2835 chips — 3 LEDs per module delivering a strong 120 lumens at just 1.44W, on safe 12V. A milky injection-moulded lens using diffuse-reflection optics spreads the light softly and evenly across a wide 160°, filling channel letters and lightboxes with bright, uniform light and no harsh hot spots.
Each module is built on a quality aluminum base board for excellent heat dissipation and a long service life, with an anti-static housing and a 3mm self-adhesive back — just peel and stick, then reinforce with glass glue if needed. The modules come joined in a chain of 20 (2.6m unfolded, with 7cm of wire between each), and you can cut anywhere between modules to fit — the rest of the chain keeps working normally.
Water-resistant for use inside enclosed signage — channel letters, logo letters, and advertising lightboxes — it's a dependable, easy-to-install choice for indoor and outdoor signboards. Available in a full range of colours: white, pure white, nature white, warm white, plus red, yellow, blue, and green.

How to Use
1. Pair with a 12V transformer. These are 12V low-voltage modules — connect to a 12V DC transformer/power supply before connecting to mains. Use proper standard-rated wiring.
2. Cut to fit. Modules come in a chain of 20 (2.6m unfolded). Cut at the wire between any two modules to suit your sign; the remaining modules keep working normally.
3. Peel and stick. Clean and dry the surface, peel the 3mm adhesive backing, and press each module firmly in place. Space them evenly for uniform light. For a stronger hold, add glass glue.
4. Wire it up. Connect the modules/chains in parallel back to the transformer — red wire to (+), white wire to (-). Watch the polarity.
5. Size your power supply. Each module is 1.44W (a chain of 20 = ~28.8W). Match the transformer to your total wattage and add ~20% headroom.
6. Keep it enclosed. This module is water-resistant for use inside channel letters and lightboxes — it's not designed for fully exposed, direct rain on an open wall. Install it within enclosed signage and seal the sign properly.
Tip: don't exceed the transformer's rated load, and keep all wiring connections dry and tidy.
