This AC220V LED lens module — a "super block lamp" — runs directly off 220V mains with no driver or transformer required, so a single line can chain up to 100 modules for fast, clean installation across large signage. Each module uses high-brightness 3-chip LEDs paired with a wide 170° lens and refraction layer, spreading light evenly and brightly with no dark spots — ideal for lighting up soft-film lightboxes, soft-film ceilings, and light coves.
With a high colour rendering of Ra≥80, your graphics show true, accurate colours, while low light-decay LEDs and a thickened aluminum base board keep brightness stable over a rated life of 50,000 hours — all backed by a 2-year warranty. The chain design keeps the run lit even if a single module is affected, and the modules cut anywhere between units to fit your layout.

How to Use
1. Have a qualified electrician install it. This is an AC220V high-voltage module — it connects directly to 220V mains, no transformer or driver needed. Because mains voltage is present, installation and wiring should be done by a qualified person using proper standard-rated wiring.
2. Cut to fit. Modules come joined in a chain (25 per chain). Cut at the wire between any two modules to suit your layout — a single line can run up to 100 modules.
3. Fix in place. Space the modules evenly inside the lightbox / soft-film frame / cove and fix them down. Even spacing gives the most uniform light with no hot spots.
4. Wire it up. Connect the run to the 220V supply, minding polarity/line connections. Do not exceed 100 modules on one line.
5. Keep it fully enclosed. Because it runs on 220V, install the modules inside enclosed signage (lightbox, soft-film ceiling, or cove) and never leave them exposed where they can be touched. Seal the installation properly for outdoor use.
6. Power on and check. Switch on and confirm even, full illumination across the sign.
Safety: 220V is high voltage — always switch off the mains before wiring or servicing, and keep all connections enclosed, insulated, and out of reach.
