Product Details

Even, shadow-free backlighting for fabric lightboxes & soft-film ceilings. Backlighting done properly. This 3030 diffuse-reflection LED light bar is purpose-built for lighting large surfaces evenly — fabric and tension lightboxes, soft-film ceilings, and backlit advertising walls. Instead of throwing light straight forward and leaving bright spots on the fabric, the PMMA lens spreads it sideways across a wide 160°, so the whole panel glows evenly with no hot spots and no dark zones, even across big areas. Each 950mm bar carries 12 high-brightness 3030 LEDs on an aluminum base board with 90-95% reflectivity, giving strong heat dissipation and a stable, long service life. Imported LED chips deliver low light-decay, low heat, and anti-static protection, while stable current-limiting resistors guard the LEDs against over-current for years of dependable use. The light is flicker-free and radiation-free, with high colour rendering that shows your artwork the way it was designed. Built to a proper standard throughout: RoHS-certified PCB with SMT assembly, precision V-CUT edges with no burrs, high-temperature-resistant boards that won't discolour or yellow, and low-temperature curing resin adhesive that bonds 2-5x stronger and resists thermal shock and heat ageing. Backed by a 1-year warranty. Available for indoor use in four colour temperatures — warm white through to cool white — or in an outdoor version in white 12000K. How to Use

1. Prepare a 12V power supply (not included). These bars run on 12V DC — choose a driver rated for your total load. 2. Size the supply. Each bar draws 12W. Multiply by your bar count and add ~20% headroom (e.g. 6 bars = 72W, use a 12V 90W+ supply). 3. Plan the spacing. Mount the bars in parallel rows across the back of the lightbox or ceiling frame. As a guide, roughly 6 bars fit a 1m² lightbox, spaced about 150mm apart with around 80mm from the edge. Even spacing gives the most uniform glow. 4. Set the depth. Leave enough distance between the bars and the fabric or diffuser panel — too shallow and the bars will show through as bright lines; a deeper cavity gives a smoother, more even finish. 5. Fix in place. Mount each bar using the screw holes provided. Bars can be cut at individual lamp positions if you need a shorter length. 6. Wire it up. Connect the bars in parallel back to the 12V supply using the connecting leads, minding polarity (+/-). Don't exceed the driver's rated load. 7. Choose the right version. Use the indoor version for interior lightboxes and ceilings; use the outdoor version for exterior signage, and seal all wiring connections against moisture. Tip: test the layout with the fabric fitted before final fixing — it's much easier to adjust spacing at that stage than after everything is screwed down.
