Cut, stripped, and tinned — ready to solder straight out of the bundle. These pre-cut connecting wires save you the repetitive work of measuring, cutting, and stripping every single lead, which makes a real difference when you're wiring dozens of LED modules or letters in a row. Every lead comes out the same length, so your installation stays neat and consistent.
Both ends are tinned, and that tin layer does two jobs: it resists oxidation to extend the working life of the wire, and it gives you a precise, clean soldering point for accurate connections. The conductor offers good conductivity and good heat transfer, with high purity and corrosion resistance, delivering the reliable connection your illuminated products depend on.
Available in transparent gold & silver from 6cm to 10cm, and black & white from 30cm to 100cm — supplied in bundles ready for production work.

How to Use
1. Pick the length you need. Choose a length that reaches comfortably between components without excess slack — the short 6-10cm leads suit module-to-module links, while 30-100cm suits runs back to the power supply.
2. Solder directly. Both ends are already tinned, so you can solder straight onto the pad or terminal without stripping. Apply the iron briefly — the pre-tinned end takes solder quickly.
3. Observe polarity. Use the colour coding to keep positive and negative consistent across the whole installation.
4. Insulate the joints. Cover finished connections with heat-shrink or insulating tape. Seal properly in damp or outdoor locations.
5. Keep the runs tidy. Consistent lengths make for clean routing — dress the leads neatly so they're easy to trace and service later.
Tip: check one lead for fit before soldering a whole batch — far easier than reworking fifty joints afterwards.
