Flexible three-core cable for powering lighting, signage and equipment.
Three cores, pure copper, built to be worked with. This 3-core PVC flexible cable uses a 100% pure copper conductor stranded from fine wires, which is what gives it its flexibility — it bends easily around corners and through conduit, and it keeps bending without the conductor fatiguing and breaking. Pure copper means low resistance and high conductivity, so power gets where it needs to go with minimal loss.
The third core is the practical difference here. Where a 2-core wire handles simple positive and negative, this cable gives you three conductors — enough for a live, neutral and earth connection on mains-powered fixtures, or for three-wire control and multi-channel runs. If your installation needs an earth, this is the cable for it.
The PVC sheath insulates each core separately and then jackets the whole bundle, giving you a tough, flexible outer layer that stands up to handling, pulling, and everyday wear. Supplied on a 90-metre roll.

How to Use
1. Have mains work done by a qualified electrician. If this cable is carrying mains voltage, the installation must be carried out by a qualified person to the local wiring regulations. Switch off and isolate the supply before any work.
2. Identify the cores. Confirm which core you're using for live, neutral and earth before connecting, and keep that convention consistent throughout the installation.
3. Strip carefully. Remove the outer jacket, then strip each core's insulation individually — take care not to nick the copper strands, as a damaged conductor becomes a weak point.
4. Terminate properly. Use appropriate terminals, connectors or junction boxes. Make sure every strand is captured in the terminal and the screw is fully tightened — loose strands cause heating.
5. Insulate and enclose. Every connection must be enclosed in a suitable box or fully insulated. Seal against moisture in damp or outdoor locations.
6. Route it safely. Avoid sharp bends and edges, don't crush the cable under fixings, and keep it clear of heat sources. Leave a little slack rather than pulling it tight.
7. Match the cable to the load. Confirm the cable is rated for the current your equipment draws before energising.
Safety: mains voltage is dangerous. If you're not qualified to work on it, have an electrician do the connection.
