Reliable low-voltage wiring for LED strips, signage and lighting.
The wiring your installation actually depends on. This 2-core tinned copper wire (RVB) uses a 100% pure oxygen-free copper conductor — high purity, low resistance, and high conductivity, so power reaches the far end of your run with minimal loss and stays stable over time. The tinned finish resists oxidation and corrosion, keeping connections clean and dependable years after installation.
The conductor is built with a low eccentricity rate, meaning the copper sits properly centred in the jacket — consistent thickness all the way around, no thin spots, and even current-carrying performance along the whole length. Around it sits a thickened PVC sheath made from virgin material: flame-retardant, insulating, and genuinely durable. It resists pulling, water, sunlight, oil, freezing, and ageing, and it's eco-friendly and non-toxic.
Suitable for LED strips and modules, signal transmission, channel letters and neon signage, CCTV and monitoring systems, energy-saving lamps, home and commercial lighting, and urban illumination projects.
Available in 0.35mm, 0.50mm, and 0.75mm, in red & white, black & white, and rose gold & white transparent.

How to Use
1. Choose the right gauge for the load. Thicker wire carries more current with less voltage drop. As a general guide, use 0.35mm for short runs and light loads, 0.50mm for medium runs, and 0.75mm for higher-current or longer runs.
2. Keep runs as short as practical. Long thin runs cause voltage drop, which shows up as dimming at the far end of an LED installation. If a run is long, step up a gauge.
3. Strip and connect. Strip back the outer PVC to expose the tinned copper, then connect by soldering or with a suitable connector. Observe polarity — the colour coding marks positive and negative.
4. Insulate every joint. Cover all connections with heat-shrink or insulating tape. For damp or outdoor locations, seal the joints properly against moisture.
5. Route it safely. Avoid sharp bends and sharp edges, and don't crush the wire under fixings. Keep it clear of heat sources.
6. Match it to your power supply. Confirm the wire gauge suits your driver's output current before powering up.
Note: this is low-voltage wire for LED and signal use. Have any mains-voltage work done by a qualified electrician.
